"There isn't
any formula or method.
You learn to love by loving."
Aldous Huxley
One sure way of delaying your learning process
in love is by worrying. You can't learn to love by continuously agonizing
about it. It's easy to develop a hard outer shell when you are anxious
about or fretting over making a long-term relationship become successful.
It's easier to become a cynic than it is to work beyond disappointment
and rise above any setbacks or hurts. Most people have a tendency to
blame themselves and Worry! Worry! Worry! If this is you maybe the time
has come to say, "Enough!" Quit browbeating yourself and worrying
over past mistakes and try to learn not to be controlled by guilt. Forgive
yourself and then ask forgiveness and understanding of others. The following
thoughts should always be remembered.
