    Think about how today should proceed for you and then remind yourself that it’s you who decide the how and ultimately it’s you who will shape its outcome.
You can watch things happen, you can wonder what happened or you can choose to make things happen. My preference is the latter and hopefully yours is too. Remind yourself not to waste time thinking of the things you didn’t get, cannot have or don’t have. Most important is not to worry about what you have compared to what others have. A number of studies and surveys have shown that: (1) Happiness is up to you, (2) The self-assurance you have makes up three-quarters of your happiness, (3) People are just as likely to be happy whether they have the most or the least of the things they want. (4) And that if a person really likes what they have they are likely to be twice as happy as those who have just anything they want.
Choose it or loose it, happiness is up to you!
